Significant suppression of thermal displacement of the spindle and head through a special thermal displacement cancellation mechanism. A left-right symmetrical gantry column structure that takes thermal deformation into account. Adoption of high-speed linear motors for the linear axis and DD motors for the rotary axis. The front opening width has been increased with a rotating two-stage door.
